Snemi (also known by the wanted-poster spellings "Cinemy" and "Sinemi") is a red-haired, horned tiefling (Nephilim) bounty hunter with a complicated relationship with the law on both sides of the law. She carries a 30 gp Absalom wanted poster issued against her for "stepping outside the law to apprehend her bounties" [S48 02:37:47]. The party first encountered traces of her in Otari, when a group of fake Absalom guards showed a wanted poster bearing her likeness and claimed she had been spotted in the area a few years ago. The party deflected the hunters, claiming not to have seen her [S26 01:30:25]. Later, looting turned up a copy of that same wanted poster, its reverse side carrying a hand-drawn map of island locations — a crossed-out northern town, Otari, and a lighthouse — pointing to Snemi's own movements or investigation route; the party thereafter referred to a room connected to her as "Cinemy's room" [S48 02:37:47]. As of S60, Snemi's full story came to light when the party found her chained and starving in a polished-manacle cell. She had taken a contract from the devil Irvane to capture Carman Rajani, but Rajani out-maneuvered her, stranded her at sea, and she was subsequently dragged back and imprisoned by an erinys. The party freed her, fed her, and equipped her with a light hammer and steel shield [S60 03:24:10]. Her current status is that of a freed captive — recently liberated, provisioned by the party, and no longer imprisoned as of that session.
