[S8] Leader of the morlocks occupying the second/lower floor of the vaults; styles himself as servant of the Ghost Queen and sits on a throne. Tasked the party with killing the river drake (done) and then with destroying the 'Cult of the Canker' (ghouls below). Wears a rogue-like getup. The party plays along as his 'lackeys' while planning to betray him. His name 'Siddharth Malvin' is dropped when the party angers him (note: collides with the PC nickname 'Cid' - keep distinct).
