Four ghasts (described as powerful 'king of the ghouls'-type ghouls) caged behind four makeshift clockwork changing-stall doors in the spa/sauna hall, the source of a rotting stench. Foaming, rabid, and screaming cursed words in Common; one shot a grey rotted hand out to grab Venris. The party killed all four with repeated Electric Arc cantrips through the openings.
