Started when barbers and 'the puddles' raised blades against corrupt district guards; now among Absalom's largest and most powerful guilds, controlling barbershops, junk dealers, chimney sweeps, etc. Their signature is the 'Crimson Shave' (cutting throats); they specialize in burglary and narcotics (opium to black lotus). They tried to recruit Venerus once. The flesh-warped bounty-hunter squad belonged to them. The GM flagged them as a potential whole side-campaign.
