[S1] An Otari local (questioned by Cid) who relays town rumors: holes found at the fishery, the Thirsty Alpaca burned down, and reports of haunting lights and sounds. Says they wouldn't go check the rumors out personally. Possibly the same figure as Rin ('Towerkeeper'), but role is ambiguous.
