[S26] A dwarf in a dull green cloak wearing an Absalom City Guard badge, traveling with two thuggish enforcers also badged. They carry hidden spring-blades, shortbows and a hand crossbow, show old blood, and are judged to be imposters/bounty hunters after Snemi rather than real guards (they don't know head guard Lardis).
